Ballots: Please fill these out through Tabby Cat and submit Speaker Points before issuing the decision.

Speaker Points: Determined by effectiveness of argument, not performance. Should reflect the ranking of the room. Used to determine breaks. Guide found here. Scores generally range from 70-80, with 75 being average. There are no low point wins, please ensure speaker points align with team rank.

Fill out Tabby Cat Feedback on Panelists/ Chairs: This is how we move panelists up to chairs and determine who should judge out rounds.
